Christians, what do you think about anger?

Before we started this blog, I thought about blogging for a number of years. I even had a name for the blog "The Cranky Christian." I knew that my blog would be a place that I would vent. But I thought that I would get a lot of flak for that name because Christians wouldn't get it. I was right about that.

Christians, don't you guys get angry? Don't you express it? Do you think it's a sin? If someone insulted you, what would you do? If you said nothing, what were you thinking inside? Were you still angry? Do you yell at your kids? Get in arguments with your spouse? Have debates with your friends or coworkers?
