A 9-year-old Leukaemia sufferer flees home after Internet death threats

The Internet is filled with sick people. Why in the world would make death threats against a young girl? Especially a young girl who is struggling with a disease.

Brave leukaemia sufferer Sophie Foxley, nine, has been forced to leave her own home after receiving death threats on her internet blog.

The courageous young girl has been keeping a daily internet diary of her battle with the cancer and has been inundated with messages of support.

After receiving a string of chilling messages, Sophie has left her Shrewsbury, Shropshire, home with her mother and sister.

Among the offensive messages include threats to kidnap and murder, as well as burn down her home.
