Listen, this is not a dictatorship. The President can say all he wants to. The President has, has no power. The President is a, a perception of power. And he’s lost that power in this election.

Um, you guys do realize that Bush has veto power and if he wanted to he's able to neutralize your power and failing that if the Republicans in the Senate wanted to they could filibuster and neutralize your power. So, you aren't as powerful as you think. You set the agenda but you're not the dictator.
