They're blowing up sprinkler parts at the Miami port:
The package tested positive for military-grade plastic explosives as it was being loaded onto a cruise ship.This was their second false alarm.
But officers later determined it held harmless sprinkler parts that contained a substance that "closely resembles" explosives, police said.
