More than one Zarqawi would be an organizational nightmare

I was thinking about a statement from the article I linked to yesterday:

"This a great loss for all the Sunnis," 40-year-old Abid al-Duleimi said. "If they killed al-Zarqawi, more than one al-Zarqawi will replace him."
I don't think that would be a very good idea, if you had more than one megalomaniac, mass murderer as your head, wouldn't they try to do each other in? Who would ultimately be in charge?
