More on Google's street level views

OK, here is what I don't get. Why in the world would the people at Google and the people who work at the company taking the pictures for Google, think that you actually desire to see a woman in a truck with her underwear exposed when you are looking for the address of a museum? Wouldn't they think that user would be more interested in what the actual building looked like instead of what the woman's underwear looked like? Doesn't it make sense that the user would be expecting something different from what they are showing? What kind of business is Google running? A peep show?

Updated: They took the image down. You can still see it on Drudge.
