Separation of powers? We don't need no stinking separation of powers!

Doesn't this picture remind you of the pictures of Bush when he meets foreign dignitaries?

I was thinking if we are no longer going to abide by the separation of powers and we've thrown out the constitution, maybe it's time for Bush to start legislating. What should be his first law? Of course the obvious one would be to make all abortions illegal (well, if the Supreme Court can legislate from the bench, why shouldn't Bush overturn their laws). But then what should he do after that? How about this: if you are a registered Democrat, then you should pay double the taxes. And you don't get any tax deductions. He could also enact a law that pays for healthcare for the uninsured and then force people like Kennedy, Feinstein, Reid, Clinton (both of them ), Al Gore, and the owners of the MSM outlets and various celebrities to pay for it out of their own pockets.
