The Troops Say Suit "Too Goofy"

I would agree, wouldn't you? And it seems that it's prone to problems. I would think it would be hard to design something lightweight enough that the soldier could move freely but strong enough to withstand shrapnel and bullets. But this seems to be poorly designed. It makes him look an umpire.
