It's a draft, Reuters!

I know that I'm not a professional journalist with anonymous sources and therefore can't criticize journalists, but what kind of stupid headline is this:

Mideast war rages on despite UN peace resolution
It makes you want to yell at them, who the heck is bound by a draft? See, it says draft in your own copy:
Israeli troops fought gun battles with Hizbollah in south Lebanon and warplanes hit roads and bridges across the country on Sunday, hours after the U.N. Security Council received a draft resolution to end the war.
And this seemed weird to me:
Lebanon wants any U.N. resolution to stick to the terms of a seven-point peace plan that the cabinet, including Hizbollah, has endorsed.

The Lebanese plan calls for an immediate ceasefire, the withdrawal of Israeli forces from southern Lebanon, the return home of displaced Lebanese, the deployment of U.N. and Lebanese forces in the south and the disarmament of Hizbollah.
Hezbollah agrees to disarmament? Somehow I don't buy that.
