Does this mean that Ron Paul is in the first-tier?

Paul raised $4 million more than Huckabee:

First, as Reid Wilson over at RealClearPolitics notes, Ron Paul raised just over $5 million this quarter. For somebody who is mostly living off the land (ok, the internet) that is not a bad figure, just below where John McCain will wind up and about three million less than Fred Thompson's anticipated haul.

What's more, it's $4 million more than what Mike Huckabee raised. As reported by Chris Cillizza, Huckabee raised a paltry $1 million for the quarter. For somebody who enjoyed a rush of positive media following his second-place showing at the Ames Straw Poll on August 11th, this is a disappointing figure and raises question about whether he can compete with the big boys.
Well, I guess Huckabee declared his first-tier status prematurely.

I wonder why Huckabee isn't doing better among the Christian right. He's a baptist minister and he's pro-life and pro-gay amendment, why isn't he raking in the cash? If Dobson et al. want someone who supports their values, why not Huckabee? Why talk about a third party candidate when you stand a better chance getting a Republican elected who shares your values?
